Pinterest has grown to be the biggest social hit since Facebook. What we must not forget is that it wasn’t an overnight success. So what kept it going? Here is what Ben Silbermann, the co-founder of Pinterest had to say to budding business owners:
- Make your own decisions
When you start a business, you will receive a lot of advice from others. Take them as you need them. However, when it comes to making decisions, let it be your own.
- Never withdraw
Pinterest had just 10,000 users nine months after the launch. Going through tough times will only make you strong!
- Be positive
Be prepared to face a lot of disappointments and setbacks. Surround yourself with people who understand your passion and are positive that it is going to work!
