Some information on a candidate’s application is relevant to all of your colleagues who are involved in the hiring process. But some of it isn’t. For example, a prospective employee’s peers may be involved during interview stages, but you might not want them to know about the candidate’s salary requirements.
While developing your application form and adding or customizing questions, you can designate your questions as private. In our ATS software, there are three user levels; superusers have the highest level of access. The answers to private questions are available only to superusers. You can also add customized private fields to existing candidate profiles. Again, information within these fields will be accessible only to superusers.
