How does the free trial work?
When you sign up, you get an absolutely free trial for 14 days. During this period, you can access all features and get a good feel of the entire system. You can also switch between plans freely during this period to know which plan suits you best.
You don’t have to worry about choosing a plan right now. Signing up for a free trial does not require a credit card.
What happens at the end of my Free Trial?
We send you an email when your trial is about to end. At this time, you can choose the plan that best fits your needs. If you make a decision to buy, you can then update your card details in Recruiterbox and continue using it for applicant tracking. You may also choose to use the Free Plan (which requires no card setup).
Can I change my plan anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account anytime you want. Once you change the plan, your new plan will become effective from that day onwards. When you change your plans, your next invoice will be prorated depending on the number of days you used each plan.
Are there any additional costs/fees?
No. The prices above are all inclusive. There is no extra setup cost, support cost, per user cost or termination fee.
Please note that Recruiterbox also provides a way for you to publish your openings to various job-boards like Indeed (sponsored jobs), ZipRecruiter etc. Some of these postings cost money (as charged by the job-boards) and are not included in the above cost. The amount you pay for job-posting is what it would cost you if you made these postings independently - Recruiterbox simply makes it convinient to manage postings from one place. You only pay for this facility if you choose to use it.
Can I have phone support?
We currently do not provide phone support. However, we have excellent email support available 24/7. We can schedule calls if your question is not resolved on email or if you would like a demo.
How do you ensure data security?
All your data is backed up on a daily basis on secure Amazon servers. And when you terminate your usage with us, we provide you all your data files. In the Pro plan this is sent to you monthly.
Will you provide training or a demo for our team?
Sure! We provide a screenshare demo if you like (even though the software is very simple to navigate). And if you still have ongoing questions, you can always email us and we will respond quickly.
How secure is my data?
In simple words, "very secure".
Recruiterbox's physical infrastructure is managed by a state-of-the-art Amazon AWS setup. All transactions are encrypted with 128-bit SSL encryption. All your data is backed up on a daily basis.
What are active openings?
An active opening is a position you are currently looking to fill. Each opening can have candidates, users to track and manage the hiring, and a process that describes the hiring workflow. You can archive openings that you do not wish to work on (because they are filled, on-hold etc).
You can always access all candidate information when you archive an opening - no data is lost. However, specific applicants tracking features (like publishing, commenting, emailing, workflow etc) are only available on active openings. Archived openings can be un-archived any time. In the standard plan, you only get charged for active openings.
Is the Free Plan really free?
Absolutely. There is no payment or card setup required to use Recruiterbox in the Free Plan.
You will incur one-time charges only if you decide to distribute your openings to paid job-boards.
For the Free Plan, how do user and candidate limits work?
Recruiterbox allows you to invite multiple people to work on your applicant tracking. In the Free Plan this is limited to a certain number (please refer the plan).
Also, there is a limit on the maximum number of candidates you can add. Candidates will be able to apply after the limit is reached, but you'll have to upgrade your plan or delete some old candidates to access any candidate profile.
In the Standard Plan, how does the "per opening per month" pricing work?
The standard plan is designed so that you pay exactly depending on your hiring volume. Imagine a month where you had 4 active openings for the first 10 days, 3 active openings on the next 10 days, and 2 active opening for that last 10 days.
Then you will be charged as $20 * (4 * 10/30 + 3 * 10/30 + 2 * 10/30) = $60 for that month. This helps you keep your costs in check.
You can have as many archived openings as you need. Archived openings will not be charged.
In the Standard Plan, can I access features that are present in the Pro or Enterprise plan?
We recognize that for some companies, the Standard Plan fits their budget but their hiring needs might require certain features that are only available in the Pro or Enterprise Plan. If that is the case, simply write to our support and we will customize your plan to suit your needs.
Is there a limit on the number of openings I can create in the Pro Plan?
In the Pro Plan, what is "early access to new features"?
We constantly add new features and improvements to Recruiterbox. Being in the Pro Plan makes gives you an opportunity to use these feature before any one else.
