Pricing FAQ

What does the number of openings mean?

An opening is a job position you are looking to fill. Each opening can have candidates, users to track and manage the hiring, and a process that describes the hiring workflow.

You can archive openings that you do not wish to work on in the future. Archived openings cannot be modified, assigned to candidates, published etc. You can archive an opening, or make an archived opening active - at any time, but the number of active openings you can have at any one time depends on the plan you have selected.

Note: In the free plan, you can create a maximum of 1 opening including openings that are archived.

Most recruitment software is priced on the number of users. Why is your pricing not so?

We believe that pricing based on the number of users does not work well in scenarios where a lot of people pitch in to the hiring efforts of a company. This is especially common in smaller companies where many employees take time out of their regular responsibilities to assist in the hiring of the company.

Recruiterbox's pricing is the simplest you can find for any recruitment software. You can have unlimited users and candidates (as long as you are not abusing the system). Our pricing only depends on the number of openings you manage using Recruiterbox.

Can I try before buying?

Absolutely. You can start using the (14 day) free-trial for any of the paid plans.

The trial will give you a good feel of the entire resume management system and make it easy for you to make a buying decision.

What happens at the end of my Free Trial?

We send you an email when your trial is about to end. You can then update your card details in Recruiterbox and continue using it for applicant tracking.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. You can change between plans at any time. Once you change the plan, your new plan will become effective from that day onwards.

When you change your plans, your next invoice will be prorated depending on the number of days you used each plan.

Are there any additional costs/fees?

No. The prices above are all inclusive.

There is no extra setup cost, support cost, per user cost or termination fee.

Can I have more than 10 openings at a time?

Yes. Contact us if you wish to have more than 10 openings at a time.

Can I have phone support?

We currently do not provide phone support. However, we have excellent email support.
