While creating an opening in Recruiterbox, you will see default stages like “Screening” and “Phone Interview.” You can edit these, reorder them, or completely have your own stages.

Define your process
Depending on how you want to manage candidates and your hiring process, you can define your own stages and assign your team members to specific ones. Once the candidates come in, they will be put through the recruitment stages as defined by you.
