Stages of Recruitment

In Recruiterbox, you can create steps that a candidate will pass through by defining “Stages” for a particular opening, and assigning people to them. This makes it very easy for you to use the applicant tracking system within the recruitment software in a useful manner to move the hiring ahead.

No Need to Replicate Efforts

Once you setup the stages for one or two openings, and assign people to a specific stage within these openings – there is no need to go through the entire setup process for each opening. You can easily choose the “replicate” option while creating the next opening, and it will allow you to continue the previously created workflow for this new opening.
