Capture Relevant Information for Applicant Tracking
While creating an opening in Recruiterbox, you will be prompted to select fields from our custom application form. You can select fields like resume, cover letter, linkedin profile and so on and make them mandatory requirements or optional fields. This will allow you to get all the application information the first time, instead of going back and forth, or digging through the resume attachment.

With the applicant tracking software, you can also create a bunch of questions, which can be multiple choice options or paragraph long descriptive questions. You can get the answers to some critical questions around the opening, and can use the questionnaire as a filtering tool. The recruitment software easily allows you to add more questions and modify existing ones.
