What does the number of openings mean?

An opening is a job position you are looking to fill. Each opening can have candidates, users to track and manage the hiring and a process that describes the hiring workflow.

You can archive openings that you do not wish to work on in the future. Archived openings cannot be modified, assigned to candidates, published etc. You can archive or make an archived opening active at any time, but the number of active openings you can have at any one time depends on which plan you have signed up for.

Note: In the free plan, you can create a maximum of 1 opening including openings that are archived.

Can I try before buying?

Absolutely. You can start using the (14 day) free-trial for any of the paid plans.

These trials will give you a good feel of the entire resume management system and make it easy for you to make a buying decision.

What happens at the end of my Free Trial?

We send you an email when your trial is about to end. You can then update your card details in Recruiterbox and continue using it.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. You can change between plans at any time. Once you change the plan, your new plan will become effective from that day onwards.

When you change your plans, your next invoice will be prorated depending on the number of days you used each plan.

Are there any additional costs/fees?

No. The prices above are all inclusive.

There is no extra setup cost, support cost, per user cost or termination fee.

Can I have more than 20 openings at a time?

Yes. Contact Us if you wish have more than 20 openings at a time.

Can I have phone support?

We currently do not provide phone support. However, we have an excellent email support.
